Cultural music and arts at Munato Festival

Cultural master at Munato Festival

ALABEL, Sarangani (November 25, 2016) - Tabih Blaan weaver-designer Lilia Pasib, 38, from Lamlifew Village in Malungon was a student of master weaver Fu Gusi, 84, the last master weaver of the Blaan tribe from the said village. Pasib has now become the cultural master who would pass her skills to the next youth Blaan generation in the village. Walking Free Mission helps PWDs

ALABEL, Sarangani (November 25, 2016) - Serbisyong Sarangan staff and Physicians for Peace technician Winnie Bellonio fit the prosthesis to Juan Planas, 53, of Barangay Talus, Malungon during the Walking Free Mission at the Provincial Capitol grounds Thursday, November 24. Bellonio is one of the 35 recipients of the mission which Sarangani organized in partnership with Physicians for Peace, Philippine General Hospital, Southern Philippines Medical Center, Latter Day Saint Charities, UERM Health and Science of Prosthetics and Orthotics, DLSU Health and Science Department and the provincial government of Sarangani.
