Gov. Solon hosts 8th Provincial Musabaqah

ALABEL, Sarangani (November 14, 2017) - Gov. Steve Chiongbian Solon graces the culmination day of the 8th Provincial Musabaqah held in the Provincial Gymnasium with the theme of "Tayo na sa Musabaqah: Husay at Talino Pagbutihin, Kapayapaan at Kahusayan ay Pagyamanin," on November 13. The 8th Provincial Musabaqah was held from November 11-13. The event was participated in by over 2,500 delegates from all over the province. MDRRMO, OCD lead tsunami drill

Tsunami drill triggers “evacuation”

KIAMBA, Sarangani (November 14, 2017) – The participants or evacuees are successfully transported to Barangay Tamadang where Kiamba's tsunami evacuation area is located, and each given 2 kilos of rice. This activity is considered a success due to the cooperation of different groups such as KARANCHO, KABALIKAT, PNP, BFP and the volunteer rescuers from the Water Search and Rescue team. Capitol holds Festival Management Training
