Sarangani rolls out MASA MASID to villages

ALABEL, Sarangani (March 2, 2017) – Sarangani has rolled out MASA MASID to support the pronouncement of President Rodrigo Duterte to suppress criminality, corruption and illegal drugs.

MASA MASID or “Mamamayang Ayaw sa Anomalya, Mamamayang Ayaw sa Ilegal na Droga” is a multi-sectoral mass-based volunteerism approach which the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) espoused to consolidate all barangay-based efforts against drugs and other related problems.

When it was launched in Sarangani on February 14, DILG Secretary Ismael “Mike” Sueno stressed on the President’s sincerity to create a “strong government” where people follow the law.

Seniors get pensions
