Congressman Ruel Pacquiao Artfest

ALABEL, Sarangani (December 1, 2018) – Rarttezza Tamfalan (extreme left), an 11 year-old student of Kiamba Central School SPED Center, is awarded 1st place, while Nicole Asaria (2nd from right), is awarded 2nd place in the Elementary Category of the on-the-spot canvas painting contest. On the other hand, Jezza Meira Nuñez (extreme right), a 17-year-old student of New Society National High School, is awarded 1st place in the Junior High School Category.
