ALABEL, Sarangani (July 12, 2018) – The Provincial Government of Sarangani headed by Gov. Steve Chiongbian Solon, with the strong partnership of national agencies, explains the benefits of E-CLIP to the former rebels who surrendered last July 12. E-CLIP or the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program provides a comprehensive, integrated, community-based national program that is locally-implemented to address the legal status and security of former rebels, as well as their economic, social, psychosocial rehabilitation needs and provide immediate to long-term interventions. Firearms surrendered

12 NPAs surrender with firearms
