Dental buses for remote villages

DOH declares Sarangani Filariasis-free

ALABEL, Sarangani (September 1, 2016) - Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon hands over the plaque of recognition to Dr. Leda M. Hernandez, chief of Infectious Diseases for Elimination Division including Neglected Tropical Diseases of Department of Health. Dr. Hernandez was the keynote speaker during the declaration of Sarangani as Filariasis-free Wednesday, August 31, at the Capitol gym. Filariasis-free Sarangani declared

PHO eliminates Filariasis in Sarangani

ALABEL, Sarangani (September 1, 2016) - Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon and Provincial Health Officer (PHO) Dr. Arvin Alejandro pose with provincial health office’s personnel upon receipt of the plaque Wednesday, August 31, declaring Sarangani Filariasis-free. NAPOLCOM conducts audit

NAPOLCOM evaluates MPS

MAITUM, Sarangani (September 1, 2016) - Brian Bingil, law enforcement and evaluation officer of the Inspection Monitoring and Investigation Service (IMIS) of NAPOLCOM 12, orients the personnel of Maitum Police Station (MPS) Tuesday, August 30. The annual inspection and monitoring was conducted by National Police Commission Region 12 and Central Office representatives at Maitum Police Station headed by Officer in Charge SPO4 Allan A. de Guzman. 3 Sarangani schools considered by Thailand

ALABEL, Sarangani (August 27, 2016) - Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon welcomes Thai Ambassador Thanatip Upatising at the Capitol Thursday, August 25. The ambassador and his consuls conducted a preliminary assessment of three schools in Maasim which may be included as beneficiary of the "Children and Youth Collaborative Project" of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn of Thailand. Thai ambassador, wife honored with gift

GENERAL SANTOS CITY (August 25, 2016) - Sarangani Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon surprises Thailand Ambassador to the Philippines Thanatip Upatising and his wife Monthip Upatising during the exchange of gifts and welcome dinner for the Thai delegation Thursday, August 25. The Thai ambassador received a portrait of him and his wife painted on a T'nalak Tboli textile from Governor Solon made by Ronald Tamfalan, a Tboli artist from Kiamba.
