Air sports park hosts national fun fly

MAASIM, Sarangani (October 31, 2016) - Pilots both foreign and local color the sky as they go for what organizers said was a massive takeoff during the national Paragliding Fun Fly’s first day, October 29, in Barangay Tinoto, with Safi Ranch below as landing site. MAASIM, Sarangani (October 27, 2016) – It is paragliding practice time Tuesday, October 25, in preparation for the National Paragliding Fun Fly/Costume Flying and accuracy landing competition on October 29-31 at the Maasim Flysite in barangay Tinoto. Being the Paragliding Capital of the Philippines, different local and international participants are expected to join the celebration. TESDA supports Sarangani

GENERAL SANTOS CITY (October 22, 2016) – Sarangani Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon speaks at the Regional Consultative Conference of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) on October 17. TESDA will continue to offer jobs and free vocational training courses in Sarangani province. The consultative conference was also graced by TESDA Director General, Secretary Guiling Mamondiong. Guiling announced that he would cause the release of about 10,000 scholarship vouchers to augment the allocation for Region XII for the remaining months of 2016.
