12 NPAs surrender with firearms

ALABEL, Sarangani (July 13, 2018) – Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon welcomes to the fold of the law 12 former New People’s Army (NPA) rebels at the Provincial Capitol on July 12. Four were from Alabel, six from Malapatan, one from Malungon, and one from Zamboanga.
