ALABEL, Sarangani (August 14, 2018) – Congressman Ruel Pacquiao addresses teachers during the 25th DepEd Sarangani Founding Anniversary on August 9. He announced the additional P300M pesos for the completion of the sports complex located at the DepEd compound. This will be the first in Mindanao to have a covered track and field oval. Gov. Solon briefs teachers on projects

ALABEL, Sarangani (August 14, 2018) – Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon graces the 25th DepEd Sarangani Founding Anniversary at the Capitol Gym on August 9 attended by teachers across the province. The governor mentioned the updates concerning education such as the additional P300M for the completion of the school-based tutoring program, sports complex, scholarships, road concreting and more. He also acknowledged the most comprehensive schools in Sarangani. “Those achievements wouldn’t be possible without your help. I’m humbled and honored to be with you all today. Malungon receives Nutrition Honor Award

Social pension granted in bulk

KIAMBA, Sarangani (August 6, 2018) – Social Pension Program beneficiaries receive in bulk the P200 peso a month subsidy for one year making a total of P2,400 pesos. Representatives from the Department of Social Welfare and Development were accompanied by the Kiamba Municipal Social Welfare office headed by MSWDO Ellen Tolentino who was present on August 4 to assist constituents. This project was in cooperation with Landbank which sent bank tellers, who answered the call of duty even on a weekend, to provide and distribute the funds. Senior citizens receive social pension

Govt workers join Dugtong Buhay Project

ALABEL, Sarangani (August 5, 2018) – A government employee joins hundreds of volunteers during the Mass Blood Donation Activity on August 1 at the Sarangani Medical Center. This is through the Dugtong Buhay Project of the Provincial Health Office to ensure adequate supply of safe and non-remunerated blood and other blood products for transfusion.
