2nd batch of Sinovac arrives

ALABEL, Sarangani (April 1, 2021) – Mary Agnes Panton (extreme right), Nurse V of the Department of Health Regional Office 12, hands over the record of the turned over vaccines for the Provincial Government of Sarangani to Maria Razel Bustria (2nd from left), provincial NIP (National Immunization Program) coordinator, on March 30 at Sarangani Health Care Facility (SHCF). The vaccines were the second batch of the Sinovac vaccines rolled out during the launching of “ResBakuna, Kasangga ng Bida” Covid-19 inoculation drive on March 7. At that activity, some 275 vials of Sinovac were turned over of which 146 were intended for the SHCF and 129 for the Dr. Cornelio Martinez Sr. Memorial Hospital (DCMMH). The SHCF and DCMMH are the referral hospitals for confirmed Covid-19 cases in Sarangani. According to Bustria, the said vaccines are set to be administered on April 4 to the hospital-based workers who have received their first dose on March 7.
