Kids finally walk free

Kids finally walk free

ALABEL, Sarangani (September 26, 2019) – Given Angelo Monta (left) and Kyree Drae Manico, both 5 and both from Malungon, stroll around for the first time without using their crutches but with their prosthetic legs and with each other’s support. These two were the youngest prosthesis beneficiaries of the Walking Free Mission of the provincial government and its partners from the Latter-Day Saint Charities, Physicians for Peace – Philippines and Philippine General Hospital. After the measuring and casting of prosthesis conducted on December 6, 2018, Monta and Manico finally received their prosthetic legs on September 23 at Sarangani HealthCare Facility.
