GENERAL SANTOS CITY (February 24, 2021)- In the Provincial Joint Consultative Meeting on the Implementation of the (ELCAC-RCSP) End Local Communist Armed Conflict-Retooled Community Support Program on Monday, February 22, Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon addresses a crowd of barangay officials, uniformed personnel, and other government players saying the strategy is to simply “create prosperous communities. That is our number one defense against violent extremism.” In the meeting, the finalization of the proposed projects for LGSF-BSDP (Local Government Support Fund-Support to Barangay Development Program) as well as the preparation for the upcoming Serbisyo Caravans in the 16 target barangays in the province were discussed.
