Gov. Solon: Sarangani received P700M prov’l roads thru Cong. Pacquiao, Sen. Manny

MALUNGON, Sarangani (April 16, 2021) – Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon speaks before locals and guests during the turn-over ceremony of the newly-constructed multi-purpose building of Barangay JP Laurel on April 10. The governor expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Congressman Ruel Pacquiao for his efforts in pouring more developments particularly infrastructure projects in the province. Solon said “hapit P700 million worth nga provincial roads ang niabot diri sa sa atong probinsya pinaagi sa tabang ni Cong. Ruel og sa iyang igsoon nga si Senator Manny.” The governor stated that in 2013, only 14% of the provincial roads in the province were concreted, “pero tungod sa pagpaningkamot sa atong congressman, mukab-ot na ta karon og mga naa sa 70% na sementado na provincial roads pasaka sa atong mga kabukiran.” He also expressed his gratitude for the overflowing blessings coming in Sarangani because of their strong tandem together with the congressman, Senator Manny Pacquiao, Mayor Maria Theresa Constantino and the rest of the officials in the barangay level. Solon also congratulated Barangay JP Laurel for being Covid-free and reminded everyone to never let their guards down as cases of the virus are increasing in some areas in the country. During the event three other multi-purpose buildings situated in barangays Upper Mainit, San Miguel and Kawayan, each worth P3 million, were also formally turned over.
