New provincial assessor assumes office; PASSO in good hands – Gov. Solon

ALABEL, Sarangani (July 1, 2021) – Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon said “I think the PASSO (Provincial Assessor’s Office) is in good hands” as he administers via Zoom the oath of office of Honnelyne J. Guilley-Toyogon being the new provincial assessor of the Provincial Government of Sarangani on July 1. According to Solon an organization or office “is always a shadow of the person leading it.” He told Toyogon that he is excited to see the assessor’s office soon “performing good” as he recognized her “as Christ-centered, fair, active, dynamic, and having a vision.” Toyogon thanked the governor for the “trust and confidence.” The new assessor said “buong buhay, buong lakas, buong talino at buong pagkatao ay ibibigay ko po para sa serbisyo publiko.” PASSO was previously headed by now Board Member Benjamin Donato and replaced by Anarsely Cagas as officer-in-charge after Donato retired. The oath-taking ceremony, held at the Capitol’s conference room, was witnessed by Board Member Arman Guili (3rd from right) and Assistant Provincial Administrator Gerald Faciol (2nd from right).
