MALUNGON, Sarangani (September 8, 2021) –Agrarian Reform Secretary John Castriciones promises more assistance to Sarangani as he leads the turnover of his department’s subprojects for Malungon on September 3 which includes the P20-million Macnit Bridge. Castriciones said “kami po sa Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) ay patuloy na magbibigay ng mga ayuda at tulong sa mga magsasaka upang maging maunlad ang pamumuhay ng ating mga pamayanan.” Macnit Bridge was made possible through the “Tulay ng Pangulo para sa Kaunlarang Pang-agraryo” program. Through DAR’s Italian Assistance to Agrarian Reform Community Development Support Program (IARCDSP), other subprojects were also turned over like the new Day Care Center in Sitio Lamtubo in Barangay Datal Batong and the three hauling trucks which were part of the microfinance sub-project entrusted to the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Organizations (ARBOs) such as the Alkikan Vegetable Growers Association, Datal Bila People's Organization, and Upper Biangan Farmers Association.
