MAASIM, Sarangani (January 26, 2022) – Barangay Chairman Erwin Tabalao of Nomoh oversees the delivery of services of the different local and national-line agencies to residents of Barangay Nomoh during the conduct of Serbisyo Caravan para sa Sarangan and Zerbisyong Panigurado on January 25. Tabalao said he was truly grateful that the government services have now reached the residents of Barangay Nomoh and it has become one of the selected recipient barangays of the ELCAC program of the national and local government. The Serbisyo Caravan para sa Sarangan is part of the Retooled Community Support Program under Executive Order 70 signed by President Rodrigo Duterte. It aims to integrate government programs and efforts by actively engaging the involvement of the sectors and communities in the farthest barangays - to bring government services closer to the people – with the goal to end local communist armed conflicts.
