MAITUM, Sarangani (January 27, 2022) – Dexter Mangonga, 20, from barangay Old Poblacion wins in the Bangkarera during the opening ceremony of the 15th Bangsi Festival on January 26 held at Pawikan Nursery, Barangay Kiambing. Mangonga, one of the youngest in the competition, bested other participants and took home P10,000 cash prize. His runners-up took home P7,000 and P5,000.
