Limited face-to-face classes launched in Alabel

ALABEL, Sarangani (March 8, 2022) – Tokawal National High School begins its limited face-to-face classes on March 7, with the Grade 12 students under the Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM) strand as its first set of participating students. Sheryl Timario (right), adviser of the Grade 12 section Mars, said all the 16 students in her class who participated in the limited face-to-face on Monday are already fully-vaccinated individuals. “Nagbriefing muna kami kung ano ang mangyayari, ano ang gagawin nila, and how they will engage in their classes during the pandemic, especially the very basic health protocols such as physical distancing, the handwashing or disinfecting, and the proper wearing of face masks,” Timario said. Marivic Lomocso, principal I of Tokawal NHS, said that all teachers and other working staff of the school are also fully-vaccinated and some have received their booster shots. “Tokawal is the only and first school pa lang na nag-implement ng limited face-to-face sa Alabel, and the students were really excited,” Lomocso said. “Tokawal National High School must be a safe and conducive learning environment for the students in the conduct of face-to-face classes,” Lomocso added.
