ALABEL, Sarangani (March 19, 2022) – Capitol employees welcome Former Senator Joseph Victor “JV” Ejercito (right) at the Provincial Capitol on March 17. He was accompanied by Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon as he arrived at the Capitol lobby. Ejercito was the former City Mayor of San Juan City in 2001-2010, former Representative of San Juan City in 2010-2013, and former Senator of the Republic of the Philippines in 2013-2019. He highlighted in his speech the impact of the full implementation of the Universal Health Care (UHC) Law to Filipinos, especially the zero balance billing, in order to provide free health care services to indigents and senior citizens.
