TUPI, South Cotabato (March 23, 2022) – Glan Councilor Victor James Yap Jr., Philippine Councilors League (PCL) Sarangani Federation president, thanks all the councilors of the province for their support and assistance throughout his term as the federation president on March 18 during the PCL Sarangani End-Term Assembly and Capacity Development program at SG Farm. The purpose of the activity was to capacitate and refresh the councilors on their duties and responsibilities as members of the legislative body through seminars conducted during the three-day activity. Some of the topics discussed were the Mandanas Ruling and the local legislative awards implementation. Yap presented the accomplishments of the federation including the recent flooding in Maitum where the PCL Sarangani extended assistance by providing relief goods to the affected families.
