ALABEL, Sarangani (March 23, 2022) - Residents join Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon on March 18 as he performs the ceremonial ribbon-cutting during the inauguration of the Level III water system at Purok 3, Barangay Baluntay. The P1.5M project, categorized under Solon’s Sulong Imprastraktura program, was funded under the provincial government’s 20% Development Fund which also comprised of a fence with a steel gate. As Solon addressed the crowd, he emphasized the importance of the Bible verse “Love your neighbor as yourself” as he complimented the tri-people community in Baluntay living together peacefully.
