MAITUM, Sarangani (May 25, 2022) – Executive Director Cesar De Mesa (4th from right), head of PAMANA National Program Management Office under the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation, and Unity (OPAPRU); together with Mayor Alexander Bryan Reganit’s representative Municipal Administrator Ruben Balanag (3rd from right), and Vice Mayor Tito Balazon (2nd from right), leads the ceremonial ribbon-cutting during the turnover ceremonies of two OPAPRU-PAMANA projects in Maitum, held on May 24 at the JLC Municipal Hall. The cutting of the ribbon was also witnessed by some provincial, municipal, and barangay local government partners, including Municipal Engineer Milrose Dela Cuadra (extreme left) and OPAPRU-PAMANA provincial focal person Jennifer Kamid (3rd from left). The PAMANA projects turned over to Maitum include the P1M Construction of Barangay Public Market in Tuanadatu and the P10M Improvement of Lined Canal in Malalag.
