MAITUM, Sarangani (May 25, 2022) - Executive Director Cesar De Mesa (left), head of PAMANA National Program Management Office under the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation, and Unity (OPAPRU), and Municipal Administrator Ruben Balanag, representative of Mayor Alexander Bryan Reganit, sign the Turnover and Acceptance Certificate of the OPAPRU-PAMANA projects in Maitum on May 24, during the turnover ceremonies of the P1M Construction of Barangay Public Market in Tuanadatu and the P10M Improvement of Lined Canal in Barangay Malalag. The certificate contains the signed agreement between the project implementer which is the Municipal Government of Maitum, and the recipients which are the Barangay Local Governments of Tuanadatu and Malalag, who agreed to “assume full responsibility for the operations and maintenance of the project through the effective formulation of policies, rules, and regulations to ensure the sustainability of the project.” The OPAPRU-PAMANA funded the project and served as the witness in this agreement.
