MAITUM, Sarangani (June 2, 2022) – Malalag National High School Special Program in the Arts and Edenton Mission College students perform tribal dances on May 30 at the Municipal Grounds during the Tri-People Day celebration in line with the municipality’s 21st Binuyugan Festival and 63rd Foundation Anniversary. During the tri-people day, Maitumians from the Maguindanaon tribe, Tboli tribe, and Christians gathered to celebrate the unity of cultures amidst diversity. Tribal elders and chieftains, guests from the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples, and provincial tribal officials led the celebration of the tri-people with rituals, dances, and tribal games.
