GENERAL SANTOS CITY (June 14, 2022) – Lizette Lopez (center), provincial ELCAC (End Local Communist Armed Conflict) focal person, talks with some newly surrendered former rebels (FRs) during their healing and reconciliation session on June 8 at General Santos City. A total of 21 FRs from Maasim, Kiamba and Maitum areas were part of the said activity.
