MAITUM, Sarangani (June 25, 2022) – With the help of this Dairy Box Project, farmers would be able to market and sell their nutritious and healthy carabao milk products. Mayor Alexander Bryan Reganit, OIC Executive Director Dr. Ronnie D. Domingo of the Department of Agriculture – Philippine Carabao Center (DA-PCC), PAMULCO Chairperson Melecio M. Ubongen, Provincial Director - Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Hadji Yassin Nabila, Engr. Eduardo Dalusong PCC-NHQ and CBIN/ ALAB - Karbawan Project Focal Person Paul Andrew Texon lead the ground-breaking Ceremony of the Dairy Box Project by the DA-PCC on June 22 in Barangay Malalag. It is part of the Carabao-based Business Improvement Network (CBIN) project or popularly known as "Accelerating Livelihood and Assets Buildup (ALAB)-Karbawan" implemented by DA-PCC and funded by the Office of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Food, and Agrarian Reform Chairperson Senator Cynthia Villar, which aims to support carabao value chain stakeholders, particularly carabao keepers.
